Patrick Pumphrey is an experienced trial attorney whose practice includes representing businesses and individuals involved in complex business disputes, catastrophic personal injury, and personal injury protection (PIP) payment recovery. Prior to his work with Farrell, Patel, Jomarron & Lopez, Mr. Pumphrey worked for the largest PIP litigation firm in New York, but also with several boutique personal injury law firms in both Florida and New York City. He has successfully recovered millions of dollars in both PIP and personal injury cases through diligent and relentless representation of his clients.
Patrick earned his undergraduate degree in finance from University of Miami and his Juris Doctor from Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University. During law school, he focused on civil litigation and was an active participant in the personal injury litigation clinic, with emphasis on trial advocacy. He was awarded an academic scholarship, was on the Dean’s List and the recipient of the Book Award for his paper “Weapons of Mass Destruction: Financial Derivatives Reform under the Wall Street Transparency and Accountability Act”.
In his spare time, he is an active member of Big Brother Big Sisters, a group leader at Habitat for Humanity of Broward County, and enjoys giving back to the community as a Guardian ad Litem. Mr. Pumphrey was recently award with the distinct honor of acceptance into the Leadership Broward Class of 39.
