Ingrid Lloyds has almost 30 years of experience as an attorney. Ingrid received her first degree
to practice law from the Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Caracas, Venezuela and has
earned two Masters’ degrees, one in Tax law and another in Administrative law (LLMs) from the
Universidad Central de Venezuela. Ingrid has published various legal journal articles with an
emphasis on tax and administrative laws. As a Venezuelan attorney, she was part of the

unique perspective and insights on international and domestic legal affairs, as well as the ability
to connect and understand each client, creating an excellent atmosphere for the attorney-client
relationship. After moving to the United States, she earned her Juris Doctor degree from St.
Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida. Ingrid has experience in real estate title
